Steve Moon graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology. After college, he shifted gears and worked as a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 bank, an accountant for a major retail shopping mall owner, and joined a Big Four accounting firm as a real estate consultant. He also worked for the Walt Disney Company’s real estate lease administration department. His real estate experience includes due diligence work for mergers and acquisitions, commercial appraisal review, commercial and retail lease audits and administration. He has over twelve years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors.
Steve is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He attends a Methodist church in Pasadena where he is actively involved in leadership. In his spare time, he likes to volunteer at convalescent hospitals and rehabilitation centers. He also enjoys taking courses at community colleges to keep learning new things. He loves riding his mountain bike and playing golf, basketball, and softball.
