Ann Cho

President and CEO

As President and CEO of Exactus Portfolio Management Advisors, Inc., Ms. Cho focuses on operations, leading a team of consultants who provide the following services: abstraction and verification of legal documents; desk and field audits; quality control; implementation and transition management; and, ongoing database management. Ms. Cho was nominated for Los Angeles Business Journal’s Women Making a Difference in 2006 and 2009. Under her leadership, Exactus Portfolio Management Advisors, Inc. was named a finalist for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Asian Business Award in 2010.

Ms. Cho brings a long history of successful implementations of products such as ProLease, Harbor Flex, Tririga, Accruent, Virtual Premise, eCenterOne, Strategen, CREDOnet, CorpSuite+, BIG e-realestate, JD Edwards, customized access databases, etc. As President and CEO of Exactus, she has delivered products and services to both commercial and retail clients such as Pfizer, Inc., General Re Corporation, Carter’s Retail, Inc., Avon Products, Inc., etc. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant for Jones Lang LaSalle, Business Integration Group and Cushman & Wakefield in delivering their products and services to a number of Fortune 500 Companies including America Online, Cingular, Entergy, Fireman’s Fund, Iron Mountain and AutoNation. She has considerable experience transitioning both foreign and domestic leased and owned properties to various databases. Ms. Cho has worked on both the landlord and tenant sides, reconfiguring property filing systems, performing lease audits, preparing CAM reconciliations, abstracting leases in addition to managing transitions. Her hands-on experience has given her a unique perspective on the management of processes and resources. By working in a series of ever more complex capacities, Ms. Cho has demonstrated her ability to put together and manage multi-disciplined project teams while delivering quality products to her clients. Prior to consulting, Ms. Cho was a CAM specialist for Douglas Emmett & Co. with a portfolio of office and mixed used buildings. Ms. Cho’s entry into the real estate industry included experience as a property administrator for Great Western Bank and later, as property accountant for prestigious retail properties in Beverly Hills and Hollywood, California, at Jones Lang Wootton.

 Ms. Cho received both her undergraduate degree in finance and real estate and her Masters of Business Administration from the California State University at Northridge.
