Annabella Gualdoni is an attorney and real estate professional with experience in the commercial and residential fields on both the landlord and the tenant sides of the business. Annabella has commercial lease portfolio management experience providing analysis of legal documents, preparing lease abstracts, and administering a document management system for the corporate real estate departments of both large and small companies.
She manages a private residential realty trust, for which she executes all transactional documents and handles legal matters, contractor and vendor relations, and facilities management issues.
Prior to working in real estate, Annabella spent many years in grants and contracts management and nonprofit administration for a variety of education-related entities and was Director of Education for the Smaller Business Association of New England and Director of Development and Communications for the Franciscan Sisters. A resident of Newton Massachusetts, she engages in community activities as a marriage preparation instructor, a cooking instructor, and, with her husband, extensive world travels. Annabella is fluent in Italian and Spanish and speaks conversational French.
