Manager of Lease Administration
Kathleen Dunn has over 15 years experience in abstraction and analysis of corporate and commercial lease documentation. She is fluent in several database software programs, including ProLease, HarborFlex, Accruent, etc. Prior to her collaboration with Exactus, Ms. Dunn provided lease abstraction and analysis services for a large variety of corporate and commercial clients. Ms. Dunn’s early real estate experience began with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in New York, New York as a Senior Account Administrator. At C&W, Ms. Dunn was on the management teams of several major accounts including Saks Fifth Avenue, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Henry Schein, Inc. Ms. Dunn received her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University, and doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
