VICE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mr. McRitchie is Vice President and Director of our Business Development and Integration team. He oversees and leads the development of growth and new business, as well as maintaining key relationships to ensure all client’s needs and goals are categorically met.
Prior to joining Exactus, Mr. McRitchie performed real estate duties that included the oversight of architectural and construction planning as well as interior design for Heisman Properties within their retail and commercial portfolio. Within this timeframe, he successfully managed the acquisition and development of numerous urban projects in multiple states producing retail, multi-family condominiums and apartments that culminated in a very high success rate on leasing and sales.
Mr. McRitchie has spent his career in the real estate industry with a focus on development, marketing and management. He has provided expertise in leasing both commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining Heisman, Mr. McRitchie was employed as a commercial consultant at Koll Real Estate Services where he was a lead broker in their Retail Division, responsible for overseeing leasing contracts, marketing, budgets, and tenant improvements for various multiple store tenants. Additionally, Mr. McRitchie worked at Jones Lang LaSalle where he specialized in assisting both local and multi-market companies with strategic real estate solutions and research information which was used in offices worldwide to provide clients with key market knowledge to ensure that they made strategic and informed decisions.
Mr. McRitchie received a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Regional Development from the University of Southern California.
