Quality Control

  • Establish a quality control program with stated objectives that are consistent with the client’s business goals.
  • Collect all legal documents including ownership documentation and leases, amendments, etc.
  • Verify documents received from client against client’s inventory list.
  • Review abstracts to ascertain whether abstracts meet standards.
  • Verify dates, figures, clause summary, etc. for accuracy.
  • Make changes as necessary.
  • Provide client with summary report of inventory of leases and inaccuracies.
