- Maintain database for all changes, amendments and deletions of lease and property data.
- Add new leases, subleases and properties.
- Provide various reports as specified by client.
- Review invoices and make payment recommendations in accordance with lease terms.
- Generate invoices for tenants.
- Cut checks and reconcile bank statements.
- Interface with client at a pre-determined time and frequency to discuss issues and concerns.
- Provide recurring reporting inclusive of Exactus-generated savings to support the value proposition delivered in each proposal/contract.
