Our investment professionals are essential in evaluating and executing investment opportunities on a global basis with backgrounds from a wide array of real estate and non-real estate disciplines. Exactus seeks strong individuals that have progressively developed their comprehensive deal, business, analytical, research, presentation, and negotiation skills. These individuals should have a proven and outstanding history of academic and professional experience.
Lease Administration Associates
Our analysts and associates are an integral part of the management team and are involved in such functions as Leasing analyses, Abstraction and Due Diligence, and Quality Control. Associates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
